A unique hackle pliers designed to grab and hold CDC and other types of hackle. The tool has an upside down "U" shaped hook at the business end with a sliding spring that squeezes the hackle rachis (stem) in the "U". The hackle can then be held in one position for wrapping or twisting as needed. Item# 2347
