This comb is designed to comb out calf tail and body hair, very fine short deer hair, squirrel, bear, goat, fox, coyote and other fine hair. The comb part of the tool is one inch long with 18 teeth and 3/32" space between each tooth. Theeth are 1/4" long. This comb is not suitable for doing large clumps of deer, elk, moose and other ungulate hair.
